OG THERM

Thermal protection for energy preservation components, noise reduction for safe working environment

  • In the traditional blanket inside we have the stainless steel sheet or mesh, and the ceramic fiber as insulating material for the fire and this material act as thermal insulation and also as noise reduction.
  • Reduce equipment operation costs by conserving heat and improve plant efficiency through fitting efficient thermal insulation jackets.

Our Thermal protection solutions can be of triple functions as below :

  1. Passive fire protections having the scope of thermal insulation for heat preservation
  2. Passive fire protections having the scope of acoustic insulation for noise reduction.
  3. Passive fire protections having the scope to be a thermal insulation with noise reduction

Thermal stability

  1. Ceramic WR fibers having the thermal stability up to 1200°C and its linear shrinkage start to increase significantly at 1260°C.
  2. Melting temperature of Ceramic WR onset 1310°C and at peak 1348°C.
  3. Material that we are using was invented 30 years ago and has been used in continuous high temperature applications
  4. Its thermal stability is well established.
